went for SD training,
our 4X100m improved now 46.1sec.
gotta be much better=)
nationals here we come!!
went home and sleep till night,
went to cousin's 1 year b'dae.
SUNDAY,
went for youth ministry sport's day!
damn tired after running las...
but my 100m improved 12secs flat=)
200m still the same...24sec plus...
had great fun with cg today=)
than went for tuition than dinner and home.
quarrel with baby again,
can we stop quarrelling for once?
